What is your refund policy?

This Policy applies to Gray Fur Trading Co Ltd “possum-nz.com” web site. It does not apply to our retail shops in Queenstown and Hokitika or other companies' or organizations' web sites to which we link. Gray Fur Trading Co Ltd will provide a refund for products purchased from “possum-nz.com” Refunds cover products only; they do not cover the cost freight/postage or return freight/postage insurance, any service we used or any service you used and/or any taxes/duties incurred. To receive a refund, products purchased from “possum-nz.com” must be returned within 30 days from date of dispatch and we must receive them in original/new condition, with all labels/tags still attached and either the original receipt or a copy of the original receipt.

What currency is used in the online shopping cart?
All of our product prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars. The Currency Converter will give you an idea of the cost in your own currency. The actual exchange rate used at the time of purchase may vary slightly due to fluctuating exchange rates.

Is it safe to buy online?
When you purchase a product from our online store, your order is processed using a secure server / SSL technology. You can verify this by looking for the little gold padlock icon which will appear on the bottom right of your browser on the page where you 'checkout' and finalize / purchase your order. Also you will see that the URL begins with https. In order for SSL security to work you must be using an SSL enabled browser to make your purchase with Accent on New Zealand Online.

Do you ship internationally, if so what are the charges?
Yes, we will ship to practically any country in the world. All shipping charges will be calculated upon 'checking out' your shopping cart.

Once your order leaves our premise we are no longer responsible for it, however if you do have any problems we will endeavour to help you. Contact us as soon as you think there may be a problem.

Is my order insured?
Compensation for loss or damage for purchases valued up to NZ$250.00 is included in the postage price.

Insurance of NZ$10.00 to cover loss or damage will be added to all purchases valued from NZ$250.00 to NZ$2,000.00.
