Refunds cover products only; they do not cover the cost freight/postage
or return freight/postage insurance, any service we used or any service

purchased from “possum-nz.com” must be returned within 30 days from date
of dispatch and we must receive them in original/new condition, with all
labels/tags still attached and either the original receipt or a copy of
the original receipt.

if my order never arrives?
Once your order leaves our premise we are no longer responsible for it,

my order insured?
Compensation for loss or damage for purchases valued up to NZ$250.00 is
included in the postage price.
Insurance of NZ$10.00 to cover loss or damage will be added to all purchases
valued from NZ$250.00 to NZ$2,000.00.
